1. Research
We recommend that we get together with you either using voice chat software (ie. skype) or over the phone. We'll probably spend 1 - 3 hours learning about your business.
Of coarse you will also have many questions for us, how a website works, and what we do. By the end of this initial meeting we will have established a clear idea of what we want to do and we'll both have a very good idea if we are a good fit for each other.
2. Quotation
If you decide to move forward with our plan and recommendations, we'll meet again and discuss our ideas. We'll itemize our pricing, give you a timeline to completion and recommend our website development services. We enforce a strong client relationship and communication, please make sure we are the right fit for you as it is completely necessary to a successful venture.
3. Rough Copy
The next step is for DanielKelly.me to design a rough copy to present to the clients where they can communicate suggestions or corrections. We provide a reasonable amount of these. By this we mean: within reason, we try very hard to make sure we convey the idea to you in a way you understand during consulting but sometimes miscommunication does occur and we want you receive the product you conceptualized or better. Changes may be made but will be approved and sign off by both parties.
4. Final Product
The rough copy stage will bring us right up to the completed stage. Finished product will be provided digitally via email and/or CD-ROM or USB flash-drive as a Photoshop file.
